For something sweet, I'd try a raw food bar like a chocolate Raw Revolution bar. They're not expensive, less than $2.00 per bar. There are also some great superfoods treats out there like Chocolate Goji Treats. Beats regular chocolate any day!
For something salty, I might try a raw cracker. They have some made with flax seeds that could work.
Nutiva also has a Flax Chocolate bar.
All of these are available at most health food stores, and certainly Whole Foods carries them.
For salty also, you might try something with seaweed, Bragg's, or soy sauce. I have a recipe for raw vegan sushi which has seaweed & soy sauce, which might help. Let me know if you are interested.
