Ya, been RAW since 2004. Before that, I was half in & half out playing between vegan & RAW...It's been a long process, from junk food, to food conscious, to vegetarian, to vegan, to organic & now RAW; it took many years, but has been well worth it. The positive side of this is that illness no longer has any power; perhaps the negative aspect is that eating socially is no longer easy, but even that is a small price since I enjoy making my meals. Indulgence in cooked foods is what the majority is raised with, it's what's accepted - however, it's so not right, it's obvious seeing many sorrows upon peoples' heads & they have no clue what's behind it! Why carry the burdens of a living body trying to scavenge for any morsel of living food from any dead food consumed?
Let me say that living foods = life
Even more-so, let me say that simplicity + living foods = life (beauty + love + temperance + health) * 100x
Truth is in the simplicity of fruit - don't follow the masses lost in a sea of troubles, bounce away on the path of life & enjoy peace. But beyond that, good to see peoples in the neighborhood.......Well, at least within the state & next door! If you're RAW, you are awesome - if you're RAW curious, blessings to your journey home & if you're not, it's never late.
