Hi,
I use about 1/4 cup nuts to about 4cups water, a pinch sea salt, vanilla extract, agave syrup to taste and sometimes, a tablespoon of non gmo soy lecithin (makes it creamier). I like nutmilk sweet, so I sometimes add a banana or dates, or more agave. I used to use more nuts, as most recipes suggest, but I have found that I like it best with a smaller quantity of nuts and more water. Hope that helps!
