There really are no special foods or supplements that can improve teeth. What improves teeth are the body's healing.
But as you probably know there are many foods that are bad for the body, which in turn are detrimental toward teeth and dental caries.
Since tooth decay tends to come from an acid environment, the best thing IMO would be the more alkaline raw foods.
Also when eating very sweet or dried fruit it may be useful to eat celery or other greens along with them to cleanse the teeth from any stickiness that may occur.
