I don't quite understand your question. When I think of greens, the first thing that comes to mind is spinach and red romaine and that is what I use. However, from what I gather green means any green veggie expecially leafy vegetables.
I have also used basil, celery, cucumber, dill and bok choy. So I don't know if it is just spinach and romaine cause I haven't experiented long enough with anything else.
