Hey,

Decided to join the forums to learn more and hopefully help others with what I have learned. I have plenty of questions to keep you all busy, if you don't mind :-).


I stated going raw a few weeks ago after reading about it in the 'Allergies: Diesease in Disguise' book. I fluctate between 40 and 60% raw, but would like to learn more and hopefully increase that amount.
