Honey Mustard Poppy Seed Dressing
Never tried this before either but looks good

1/4 cup prepared Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1/4 lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp poppy seeds

blend ingredients with 1/3 c water until well mixed!
