Ranch Dressing
I've never tried this, but it looks yummy!
1/2 to 1 full cup of raw macadamia nuts
1/3 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup cold-pressed olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
italian seasoning to taste
1/2 tbsp sage
Blend macadamia nuts with 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of water, depending on consistency desired. Add other ingredients and blend.
My favourite dressing is a faux Caesar:
2 tbsp olive oil (or water if I'm out of oil)
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 pressed garlic clove
1/2 tsp herbamare or celtic sea salt
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, ground
Mix together and stir!
