Hey ladies
I wanted to join in with the convo because I too am cooking foods for a family. I have 4 children and a cooked hubby so I def know how you feel. I am cruhchy as well when it comes to what I will put in front of everyone but their for sure not raw at this point. In fact I am just finishing up my first week 100% raw and omg do I feel fab. I just, I cant even put into words.
I feel ya on the sneeking things into their food. Tonight they had fresh fish with brown rice and for the veggie I made a killer carrot, apple, raisen salad with a homemade apple carrot almond sauce , it was so awesome. They loved it. I also had sushi with my own recipie for the fill, which was so incrediable I cant even explain, while I wasnt even through one peice and they wanted some..lol..so of course I shared...*smiles*
I would say between their all fruit brekkie and their all raw veggies, their bout 40% raw and dont even know it...teehee

anyway , just wanted to let you know that Iam on the same page as well.
oh and I totally agree about letting the kids set their own food limits. I am all on that.
