Hey Melissa,

A little story to demonstrate your point.

We have a friend who was selling a product that was supposed to do all sorts of wonderful things for you mostly based on seaweed I think. She would do blood samples before and after having the drink to show how your red blood cells reacted. My husband did it (he isn't raw) and the typical response occured. His red blood cells started to seperate and unclot and the whole picture looked better. When she did it for me however, after the drink my blood cells STARTED to clump together and the whole picture looked worse! The product wasn't raw. I asked her if she had ever done a test on a person who ate all raw before and she said no. I felt a tangible drop in energy after drinking this supplement. Supplements that make regular eaters feel better can make a raw foodist feel ill because it's all relative. Eating all raw is so clean, supportive to the system and good for you that most other things will just dampen it's effects.

That's my opinion and my story,
