Hello everyone! I've been over 90% raw for about a week now and I feel great! The only things I'm having trouble letting go of are diet soda and coffee. I originally started this to lose weight, but after reading so much in the last week, I really want to do it for my health in general, including being at a healthy weight. I'm curious though, how fast is the typical weight loss? I know it depends on the person, but I'd love to hear some inspiring stories if anyone has one!
