Question How much of Nuts, Avocado, Oil is OK?

I went RAW say about a month or more ago, and had started off eating nuts, avocados etc. each
day in the form of making nut cheese, flax crackers, nut and fruit crusted pie, raw icecreams etc... All fun and yummy! Usually as a snack or addition to a salad eg. Not excessive. I don't eat ALL those goodies each day - maybe say a salad with nut based burger or some nut cheese or avo, or an avocado desert or something. I also mainly have green smoothies, salads, fruit etc. so it's not like I just eat treats all day! In fact, these days I don't really need these treats or crave nut fudge or icecream etc. as much, but rather I just enjoy making the tasty and elaborate things possible with such ingredients. I LOVE to cook (or UNcook and eat!)
Anyway, I had read that these good fats don't make you fat and are not stored as excess fat in your body ( Alissa Cohen's 'Living on Live Food' book). So the message was you can eat them regularly. THEN I just read on other sites and Raw Diet pages to LIMIT nuts, oils and avocados (eat rarely!) because they contain
too much fat! I'M CONFUSED! How much and how often should I eat them?
