whew! anyway, i often have trouble with vitamin digestion but this has been ok. the dosage is like a6 pills a day and i started with 2 and slowly worked up to 2or 3 two times a day
what i notice is that i have for a long time had a problem that when i hit a certain moment of satiety/fullness that then i just want to keep eating......i can actually feel the sudden shift....it's awful because i am full and then eat like 3 times too muc
it is about not being able to handle the insulin in the blood stream????? anyway on this i noticed immediately that i don't do that anymore. when i feel full i can just walk away
i haven't gotten too much into the sushi, i love it but I live in a really rural area so it is limited
i was making raw kefir this summer when i was going without meat and I LOVE that but i think the milk has a lot of sugar for me

the most disturbing part was that my total
intestinal SI gA was <23 when the "low" scale is < 400
my inflammation marker was at 282 when normal is "60" and 100 means colitis
my chymotrysin was "3" normal is "9" and this is a sign of low enzymes

do you have an opinion about diluted juiced cranberries???? too much sugar???
it is so nice to get to put all this out here, i have been on "rawfoodtalk" and they are vegan which is cool but they will close down any thread that talks about a low/no fruit raw diet so there are a lot of people stuck with no help
