Thanks Anisha for explaining.
I remember decades ago when I was suffering from candida and horrible infections an herbalist gave me this complicated decoction to make. I could barely stand or get to work and he expected me to stand around in the kitchen for a whole half an hour every morning! Crazy I thought!!! Impossible!!!!! I understand completely the affects of exhaustion when trying to care for yourself in a way to get beyond the exhaustion. It's a catch-22.
About water. Make sure that you are getting enough minerals with celtic sea salt. This is important. Check out watercure.com. It will give you a formula for the minimum amount of water you need and how much celtic sea salt you take. It has to be the hand-raked celtic to have all the trace minerals in it. If you don't have the salt your cells can't absorb the water and it won't matter how much you drink. Check it out.
Cayenne is a super food. No need to ever get rid of that food and lemons are live food and great for cleansing the lymphatic system. Be careful with the maple syrup. Not a live food, often filled with perservative and chemicals and can play havoc with your blood sugar levels. Black pepper can be mildly annoying to some organs but most people don't eat enough of it to do much if any harm - no need to sweat that.
How many hours of sleep do you get a night? Whatever it is it sounds like you need more while you are detoxing and healing - which is normal. It's also normal to need much more water than usual to flush out the toxins that you are releasing eating raw.
If you can find the energy try to get to the store and stock up on some more relatively healthy things that you can grab quickly. Frozen fruit for smoothies, raisins, dates, raw powdered cacao, anything you can think of that won't be the fast food route. If you can swing it one big shop could really help you from stopping at 7-11.
Last time I was at Costco I got six containers of medjool dates, about 6 bags of frozen fruit, a gigantic bag of raising and hordes of fruits including ones that will gradually ripen. When I go to Whole Foods I really stock up. I end up going so infrequently so I've worked out the kinds of things that I can buy in bulk and always have around. It's the only way to stay raw for me.
I'm so glad that you are doing better.
