I searched for a dairy thread, and found this. Very interesting material. I haven't gone and read through the website that was posted, but I intend to. Before ever going raw I saw the health benefits of raw milk versus pasturized. I currently only eat a small amount of raw cheese (I found a great one at Sam's that is a sweet picante pepper cheddar) and no raw milk or yogurt. I do have a source for raw cow's milk, but not one for raw goat's milk that I know of. I have tried goat's milk and I am not impressed. Then again, I'm not impressed with cow's milk either, so I guess it's a wash
Anyway, I am interested in whether greenbunny has continued the goat yogurt/flax oil and if anyone else out there has any input.
Meanwhile I'm going to make some raw-ish spring rolls and do some research!
Thanks
Melissa
