i love sprouted seeds and beans but have never had a go myself - yet! i've read about putting them in a jam jar with some water and covering the top with material secured with a rubber band. (This lets the water drain off.) Then change the water every day and rinse the beans a little and they should sprout in a few days - apparently!
sunshine13, my 1st question on here was about hummus! i love it too! SnowBunny posted a recipe for hummus made with courgette and pine nuts, which sounds amazing.
i have to admit i was wondering whether sprouted chickpeas could be used for hummus....
