To peel or not to peel?
Hi,
Where can I find information on which fruits should be peeled before blending them and which are ok to blend whole? Same with the seeds, should I remove apple, peer, orange and other fruit seeds before blending?
How about papaya, watermelon or cantaloupe? Should I blend seeds or peel them before blending? Just trying to keep all the nutrients in the smoothie instead of throwing them away.
