Great tip, thank you! It still didn't work too well with the kale. I wonder if i could soak it overnight to soften it? It worked really well with both spinach and parsley, which I think aren't as thick and rough.

I know Kale is good for me, but I am having a hard time getting it down so I thought a smoothie would be great. I'll just keep at it!
