I visit almost every night to see if anyone has commented or ask me any ouestions. I love reading what everyone has to say. I also need support and any suggestions that might help me. I've never even been a vegetarin or a vegan. I've ate meat all my life, I need to be on this diet for the rest of my life because of my health. I read alot of books, and decided since I was already eating organic why not go farther. I am convinced that this is the heathiest way to eat and it's becoming my life style. I've only been at it about almost 2 weeks. I'ts not easy changing your whole way of eating but I made up my mind, I'm doing it. Where I live we don't have any raw restaurants, unless you go to Seattle. I would love to open a Restaurant one day. I would love to become a Raw Chef. I can't even find a class. I really don't want to do it online. Does anyone have any information on how I can find out about classes in my area? I live in Olalla, Washington [across the water from Seattle] 1 hour ferry ride.
