Thinking about going raw
Hi,
I need some advice. I have been researching the raw food diet for awhile now. At the moment, I eat meat- and I do not eat healthy. My whole life I have wanted to make a change- I hate the way I feel after eating certain foods but yet I still eat them. i am tired of the same excuses I tell myself- I try tons of diets and always fail. I want to feel and look better. I like the person I am when I am thinner and I like the way I feel.
What is the first step to eating raw? Should I go cold turkey on the cooked food and meat? I started today trying to incorporate more fruits and nuts. I had a smoothie today made from fresh berries with peanut butter and milk- I know this isnt raw or vegan- how do you make a raw smoothie?
I want to start this but I am not sure if I should go all out raw (will it be healthy?)-
What are some good foods to start on so that I get enough protein to sustain my hunger?
