I have been using the LadyComp for about 5 years now. Haven't been prego so far! Before that I had tried 5 different pills, the patch and even some new thing where they put 5 tubes in my arm and then 6 months later told me its been taken off the market due to awful side effects. That's when I finally stopped and started using the LadyComp.
Initial investment is high, around $400 and it has to be ordered online and delivered from canada or UK. you take your temp every morning and gives you either the green light (won't get prego), red light (can get prego) and orange (unsure-not enough data). Downside is that there's 14 days +/- that you're red and you have to use something for protection.
Oh and stay away from sponge's. I shudder to even think about what I went through let alone post what happened. Just dont go there!
