...spirit dancing?
I had the coolest experience yesterday, my birthday actually, if that has anything to do with it.
I was doing yoga but my muscles were really sore from stretching a day earlier so wasn't having the best time, but realized I desperately needed to exercise.
Soooo I thought I'd do yoga to this great band called "Deep Forest", that have a very cool rhythmic new agey sound. Somehow my yoga turned into full out dancing, I literally just moved with the music for a good 2 hours, time just flew by. GREAT exercise (i was all sweaty at the end) and super fun. officially my favorite form of exercise. i love dancing.
