Spirulina?
We are trying to eat healthier and have decided to add spirulina to our diet. We bought powdered spirulina (it's "Natures First Food" version 1.55) yesterday and are debating what the best way might be to incorporate this into our diet. Serving size is one tablespoon and we sprinkled it onto our salads but i can honestly say it made the salad very green and unappetizing looking. Can this be cooked into food without changing the properties? Any recipe suggestions for this new addition to our diets?
