Fruit is not the best for everyone, however. I have type 2 diabetes and since I have become 100% raw, when I eat fruit my blood sugar skyrockets. Fruit is delicious, I love it, but I also believe it feeds a sugar addiction, after hearing a lecture by Brian Clement, director of the Hippocrates Institute. Yes, it is chock full of nutrients, but you CAN not eat fruit and still be raw.
