cashew addict
so, i'm new at this....I've actually taken all the other fats out of my diet, ie no oils, no avocado .....but whoa it seems like a lot!! sometimes 4-6 ounces a day...of raw cashews or almonds.......I am about 5lbs heavier than where I feel really great and about 10lbs heavier than lean......should I be trying to limit???
