Anyone done/doing any of these?

I've always been concerned about anything that's going to shock my body. I jump into things too fast at times, and wind up doing more harm than good. I've learned to look for signals. If something doesn't feel right, forget it! Best thing is to take it slow. Make a smooth transition to raw, and find yourself a good Dr. that will listen, and let you make your own choices. I've got a D.O. that gives me options, and listens to my opinions.

What ever you do, the final choice is your choice. You're the one sharing the space with your body, no one else is. Just do your research!
