Cleansing
Is it recommended to do parasite/kidney/liver cleanses before starting a raw diet? From what I've read, they are all on-going things; do an invensive for 3 weeks or so, then weekly maintenence. And what about colonics? I've heard that raw food makes them unnecessary.
Anyone done/doing any of these?
