Rice Paper Wrappers: Raw or Not Raw that is the question??
I am very new to Raw Foodism and I was wondering if anyone considers rice paper wrappers raw?? Rice paper wrappers are made by grinding rice to powder adding water then spreading it very thin to dry. Since the rice is never cooked that makes it raw, right??
