Hi guys, thanks for your responses. Alex, I think I will take your suggestion and start a journal when I begin my cleanse next week. I'm sure it will help me really keep track of how I'm doing each day and what improvements are being made. Hopefully, it will work wonders like you said and others will be encouraged to do a cleanse when they feel it's the right time for them.
