Hi Mandella,

On the issue of warm food in a live food diet the key issue is how much you warm it. Over 37'c (i think that's about 110'f) Enzymes are destryoed and you have to draw on your life force to produce Enzymes which leads to aging. In the winter time I sometimes have warmed soups and oat groat porridge.
As far as tea and coffee is concened I warm water to the point I can still put my finger in without feeling uncomfortable. I personally don't touch caffine (over stimulating and attacks the central nervous system) and so I only use herbs for tea.

Oh by the way, you can do what you want. Eating live food is not a competition. Enjoy it, and from personal experience I would say that after a few years of live foods, the idea of eating cooked food becomes quite weird.

Love and Light
