It was really easy actually - how infested you are depends on your detox reaction. If you're majorly infested, you will have detox symptoms . I was definitely infested (lol everyone is pretty much) but to a normal extent. I just passed some strange looking stuff and felt a bit tired for a few days. I passed some while on the cleanse! Yay! The capsules contain herbs that help to support the body while you detox, making it easier for you. it's very gentle.
I highly recommend it. You should do the cleanse every 3 or 4 months to stay clean and prevent re-infestation.
I also juice everyday and do mini juice fast (I'm on one now lol). They're great!
