Elsaraw, I've been studying the immune system. From what I've learned the very best thing you can do to fight parasites, viruses and bacteria is to support your immune system and the very best way to support your immune system is through nutrition and your emotions. The immune system needs proteins (three essential amino acids in particular), Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and enzymes to fight the good fight. Not only does eating raw get more of these good things to your immune system, but it also prevents your immune system from having to fight off unnecessary toxins that deflect from the job of going after the parasites.

You can also support your immune system through visualization and will. This is a scientifically proven fact. You can visualize those parasites being attacked. Books and videos help here.

The same goes for mucoid plaque. It might be slower than taking products, but eating raw is the way to surely, over time, clean out your system. Eating raw is eating fiber. Fiber scrubs out all that stuff.

Slowly eating more and more raw cleans and supports the body and prevents extreme detoxes. Killing out a bunch of bugs all at once can be extremely detoxing. I am soooooo not into detoxing so that it hurts. I like to do it slow so that I don't even notice.

That in mind, I love that list of herbs and will try one at a time in low dosages to see if my body like them or not. Parasites are much harder for the immune system to fight off because they have hard outer shells. Viruses hide in our cells so the immune system can kill the entire cell and bacteria are critters with walls that can be penetrated by the immune system without a problem. Parasites are harder to fight. They have harder shells. I'd like to give my little warrior white blood cells a little helping hand, but I don't want to go on a dramatic killing spree. The immune systems' job is also to clean up dead matter. Too much at once can cause its own set of problems.

So, that's what I've been learning.
