Raw Fooder from Oz
Hello to the raw food community,
I am back into the amazing world of delicious raw food. I always find myself so jealous when reading other international experiences. Did you know that Australia does not have one single raw restaurant to my knoweledge?! It is all up to me and my kitchen. I get by on workshops and the occasional trip up to Byron Bay to buy food from a market stall held there 3 weekends a month.
So this is a call to all you keen raw food chefs out there to come down under - right down to Melbourne. Start a cafe. Or a restaurant. Shake Melbourne up a bit. I will be first in line!
