It sounds like you prepare food daily, like I do on a week-end. It is true, that eating raw does take a fair amount of preperation time. I have found that during the week, I eat very simple. For example: A basic salad, a blended salad, fruit smoothies, ... sometime just cut up veggies with avacado. On weekends, I do more complex dishes (similar to what you mentioned). I also do a lot of preparation on weekends. For example, I cut up enough veggies for the entire week; I freeze enough fruit for the entire week's smoothies, I make large batches of salsa and dips, and I make enough nut milk to last the week.
