Hi Krizzy, cooked, steamed, and baked create a sense of slowness I guess. I went through a very mild detox if any so not everyone has big nasty detox symptomes. I would say stick with it and remember that you feel sluggish when you eat cooked next time you get hungry and the more meals raw you have the better you will feel if you apply what you are learing in your studies as well with the correct balance of fats vitamens and minerals.
