We seem to have gone from raw dairy to drugs and valium some how.
As to experimenting with raw dairy. Have determined that plain yogurt and flax digests better and I get better results. Besides, all the experiments in Passion's website description were done without fruit, so it's not good to add variables without having a good track record of results with the original findings. I find that I simply do not feel as good with fruit added.
I have also stopped all raw goat cheese because it also doesn't sit well.
I do feel great with the yogurt and the flax seed oil however. I ran out a couple of days and could definitely feel the difference.
When taking plain flax - if I take too much - I don't feel good.
I so far have been taking only one serving as described in her post.
Btw, I have not been diagnosed with cancer - I am doing this only because I feel that having oxygenated cells has to be great for everyone and as a preventative. Also, because as I wrote before, I was craving raw salmon which is high in omega 6 fatty acids and according to the research posted the very best way to get the omega 6s to the cells was with the flax and yogurt mixture. I still eat a little salmon, but don't crave it in the same way.
