Well.... to answer my own question

I've been dabbling in sprouting beans for a small bit now. I've sprouted adzuki beans, green lentils, dupuis lentils and chicpeas. The chicpeas had a funny smell to them when they were done so I didn't eat them, but I love sprouted dupuis lentils the best because they have a lovely bit of peppery taste to them and they sprout quite easily.
I've only made dip with my sprouts but I also eat them like crisps.
