Starting the Transition
Hi, I'm 51, and have decided to transition gradually, best I can, to raw. Carol Alt's book was inspiring to me. Questions: I know these are probably a dumb questions, but can you drink coffee or coffee substitute? How about alcohol? How do you cope when you have a husband who prefers "regular" meals to be prepared? BTW, do you really loose weight doing this? Do you really have to watch the nuts? Thanks, all!
