I am new to the raw community. I have decided that raw is the way to go. I aspire to be 100% someday. I attempted to go raw as recently as this past July, but it didn't work out. I've been overweight for most of my life and I want to change that. I feel better when I don't eat so much cooked food.
I was vegetarian for a while. I felt so good...until I started eating meat again. I had temporarily lost my job...there was only meat to eat, no veg food whatsoever. It's taken me 3 months to get to this point. I am now back on track

I will ease myself to 100% raw. Doing it this way is best for me
