weeeeellll, um, if I could do a sub 5, I'll be very happy. I just started running, after a couple years off, due to morbid obesity (no joke) last September. Lost over 80 pounds since July 2005 (by going raw, of course!). I just PR'd in a 5K last week, with an average minutes per mile time of 9:19... which is MAJOR for me, as I never thought I could possibly get under 10's but I know for 26.2 miles, if I can average close to 11 per mile, I'll be satisfied (THIS year). I've got a half marathon coming up next week... we'll see how I do for that. Next year though, will be a whole 'nother story (still not seeing sub 3's, but I'm sure it'll be WELL under 5!)
