Getting a colonic in the morning
and then beginnging my fast. Planning on 6-7 days (best length of fast according to Dr. Walker). Going to be a juice fast, mostly greens and spirulina. This will be my first one, hope everything works out. Can't wait to be relaxing on the beach and detoxifying at the same time. Wish me luck!
