We have been drinking raw goat milk for quite some time, adding it mostly to smoothies or mixing it with tocotreniols (sp?) and honey. I personally am not a big fan of the goat milk taste, and this combination totally disguises it. There is some risk in drinking or eating any raw dairy product, so make sure you are getting it from a reliable source, although no company direcly markets for human consumption (I don't think). I have recently tried to cut out all dairy from my diet for several weeks but haven't noticed a difference, for better or worse.
But as a transition, I think it is a great choice much better than cows milk b/c it is easier on the bodies digestive system and seems to be less of an allergen than cows.
