I find that if I eat fruit at least twice a day I feel a lot more energized.
I am a certified Raw Food Chef and food combining seems to me to be a very individual thing. What one person combines may not be what the other one can tolorate. I mix nutbutter with smoothies all the time, I also make fruit salads with all kinds of fruit and have yet had any one get an upset stomach from it. I would not mix dairy with fruit because you are asking for a stomach ache then. Just go with what your gut tells you but do remember that fruit is a very important part of our diet for all over health
