Cooking raw without the tree nuts--
When I'm looking for raw recipes I find it hard to find any that do not use tree nuts. I can't eat tree nuts or sunflower seeds.
Flaxseeds and other small seeds are fine.
Is there any way I can make a "cheese" using coconut?
