Hey!
I would very much like to get an answer!!!!!!!!!!
I m trying to loose weight in a healthy manner ( eating many small meals a day and excercising)
Many people claim that if you eat raw fruits and vegetables that the body is using so much energy digesting it it will burn the calories thats in the food and also will give the body the vitamins, anti-oxidants etc. that the body needs.
What is your knowledge of this?
