I'm a raw newbie, but this doesn't seem like a good raw meal to me... whether you're transitioning or not. I wouldn't consider anything you named to be true to my idea of raw diets. A chicken salad transition meal to me would be more like mixed greens, chopped veggies, organic chicken, and raw dressing of some sort.
