yeah, this on/off cycle finally got to me - i fell so greeeeeaaaaaattttt when i am totally raw - but keep falling off - so i just joined fred patenaude's body enlightenment system (i think there's only like 1-2 days left to join) so i can stay on track (at least for the one month of the program - but the system promises a lifetime of success) - his website is awesome, his emails are even more awesome. good luck on your raw path. rawk on! (utah is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!)
