New and probably need an adoptive mother of sorts..

Hi. My name's Ashley and I live in Southern California, and would really like to feel better overall.. Here, I'll copy what I posted in another forum:

"So, I randomly decided about a week ago that okay, I was going to try the raw food diet. My reason being that I have been sicker than ever these last few months and have been basically averaging one or two days of school a week since February (I have a bad thyroid and probably an adrenal problem and looots of other things).

I've been a vegetarian since November, decided to go organic as much as possible about a week after (right down to soaps and things), and that has been the only thing that has made me feel better, so I thought I'd try this. I'm 14, turning 15 in August. I take vitamin supplements and enzymes and things." (I was getting this really odd, painful headaches only being cured by a slice of cheese and yeah..)

I really need some help though. My parents don't want to buy a juicer or dehydrator, but our oven does go down to 100 degrees, but I'm not sure what exactly to do with it (Do I still need teflex sheets?) so I've been sort of starving since I started this. What book would be the best to get in your opinion as well? I have one, but I don't think its that good..

Also, what recipes are good for a sort of picky teen? I am open to things, don't worry.

Sorry, I just really need help with this..
