I like your reciepe. I just made a live lasagna, from Rhio's book 'hooked on raw'. It was good, but the best bit was the buckwheat noodles. It was simply sprouted buckwheat put through the champion on a blank blade, and then dehydrated for an hour on each side. Mmmm, really tasty and doughy! well worth experimenting with.
