Hi Carla,

I'm new to raw as well. That's a great goal you've set for yourself!

When you say you don't feel full, is that physically, or mentally? I've noticed that sometimes I think I'm not full, but then I think that I've been eating such heavy cooked food for so long that maybe it's more a state of mind than actually being hungry. The vegetables and fruits I've been eating as 70% of my diet are much lighter than what I'm accustomed to. I think it will take some time to adjust to being full on lighter foods. They certainly make my body feel worlds better than the cooked stuff!

If you are physically hungry, then maybe try eating some good multi-grain bread. Something that's dense and will definitely provide some bulk in your system. Since you said you're about 75% raw now, I would think that would be okay. You can transition these foods out later as you start getting closer to your goal.
